Think of making an album like baking a cake. You make an effort to go to the store, get all the ingredients, spend time in the kitchen reading recipes and making a mess with your friends and family, wait a WHOLE 30 MINUTES for that cake to bake, then get SO excited when it's almost cool enough for icing. Seeing the finished product isn't enough. You want to eat it, right? Your last step is to ENJOY it.
You've made the memories and are now anticipating that link from your photographer. If you think you're excited to see your images when you open your email, just wait. You'll have a hard time controlling your emotions when you TOUCH them. Just as cake is made to eat, photos are made to PRINT. And the best part: Keepsake albums can be shared with others and last wayyy longer than cake.
If you’re a “techy,” you’re probably thinking albums are so dated. You can give your password to whomever and they can download all the photos they want from the online gallery! I know. I know. I get it. We live in a digital age where we show the world our Big Day on our phones. Social Media is our photo album. But I also know, like MYSPACE, there will be a day when those platforms (including my online gallery host) will be obsolete. Where will your photos be then?
Whether it’s filled with photos of your Wedding Day or your child’s birth, an album is a narrative of a special day in your life. Trust me-- There will be some hard days ahead. Marriage is tough. Parenthood is tough. On your worst days, physically turning the pages of a collection of memories will help you remember the BEST DAYS and is actually proven to lighten your mood.
It’s a keepsake to pass on to your loved ones. Do you have a special necklace from your great grandmother, or your Grandpa’s pocket watch you received as a gift for a special occasion? If you answered “Yes,” then you understand those items are priceless. Now, Imagine being able to share such a meaningful gift with your daughter on HER wedding day! I can PROMISE she will cherish every single page of your love story.
Cuter & Cozier than your favorite candle, these books are a minimal way to add decor to your home without all the clutter. They make a great coffee table conversation piece without the need to pass around their phone all day to show off your most treasured memories?
I've made this process SO Simple. Follow the instructions and fill out the order form below. Once I have all the information, I will start designing. I use a program that allows you to see the pages and comment your changes as we go. Once the final draft is approved, I will send the album to the lab for print!
